Civic Credit Union(LGFCU)

In 2023, the Local Government Federal Credit Union made the decision to fully separate from SECU, operating independently and as the renewed brand of Civic Credit Union starting in 2025.

As I joined early in 2024, I contributed to the key strategy and transition of the two brands into one in 2025, across all their digital mediums but honing in specifically in their social media channels and associated brand presence.

This included full scope social media strategy, process, procedures, content and campaign creation, reporting, and resource management. As the key SME and channel manager, all things social media went through and were governed by me. As 2024 progressed, these efforts continued to vamp towards the independence date in 2025, including more creative brand campaigns, video shoots, and key events to digitally promote and showcase.
