In a time where technology is always at the forefront, and trends change faster then you can find them, I have found marketing and creative strategy to be a great home to hone my mindset and skills. Starting several years ago within the startup space, I quickly found the entrepreneurial mindset I grew up around and with was very cohesive within several spaces of the marketing world. I have made it my goal to grow this mindset within the bigger business world, and apply innovative thinking to every task and challenge I take on.
Currently, I serve as the Social Media Manager at Civic FCU, where I develop and implement innovative marketing initiatives that enhance member engagement and promote the credit union's mission. At Civic FCU, I focus on blending data-driven insights with creative storytelling to elevate brand visibility and foster customer loyalty. These key efforts have assisted the brand in major ways as Civic and LGFCU aim to combine brands and achieve credit union independence in 2025.
As the Marketing Strategist at Bobcat, I was entrusted with crafting and executing comprehensive social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty within the Forklift Industry. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I have led numerous successful campaigns, optimizing the brand's presence across various social media platforms, and ensuring seamless integration with other marketing efforts. Through my analytical approach, I continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics, allowing me to make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Beyond social media, I also take the lead in conceptualizing and executing impactful photoshoots to create visually stunning content that resonates with our target audience and fulfills team needs. My keen eye for detail and innate creativity enable me to develop cohesive visual identities that amplify our brand message across all touchpoints. This effort and collaboration extended across the team to support the full marketing vision and transition of brand from Doosan Industrial Vehicle to Doosan Bobcat throughout 2023.
During my tenure with Brink's, I served as the driving force behind the full governance and management of their social media presence across the main brand and throughout 30+ countries. I led a talented team and collaborated closely with stakeholders to establish a unified brand voice, ensuring consistent messaging across all social channels. My strategic approach resulted in significant audience growth, improved engagement, and an elevated brand perception in the digital landscape.
Prior to these roles, I founded and led two successful creative startup businesses, where I wore multiple hats as a visionary leader and hands-on marketer. I mastered the art of agile problem-solving, resourceful budget management, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
