At Brink’s I had the special privilege of spearheading transformative initiatives that significantly elevated the brand's social media presence and impact across the globe. This included direct management of the powerful Brink’s and Blubeem brands on social media, as well as full governance of social presences across 30+ countries.
My role as a direct manager involved adeptly overseeing agency, contractor, and employee resources, providing exceptional service to departments and key stakeholders. This effort varied across full analytics efforts in Sprout Social, content efforts for 40+ stakeholder teams, and creation & management of key strategies and policies relating to all things Social Media within Brink’s.
Additionally, as a Project Manager I successfully navigated diverse projects around Brink's customer portal, encompassing migration, user management tool pilots, and email campaigns, ultimately enhancing customer experiences.
